We started our business as Royal Throne Restrooms in 2014 with one 2 stall restroom trailer. Over the course of 5 years, we steadily grew and in 2019 we joined the Royal Restrooms Franchise. Since then, we have grown to over 40 luxury restroom and shower trailers.

Royal Restrooms is SW Washington & Oregon’s portable restroom and shower trailer rental leader. Our mission is to provide unequaled customer service from the moment you contact us until the rental is concluded. We provide quality, clean trailers that exceed your expectations.

We are a Washington certified woman owned business. Being family owned and operated, we are dedicated to making your event special. We take extraordinary pride in making sure that your guests know that you have thought of them when planning your event. We will make you and your guests feel like royalty!

Karen | Co-Owner
It all started when Karen would not use a porta potty at events and found a better solution with luxury restroom trailers! Karen has worked tirelessly to build the company over the years and provides exceptional customer service. Royal Restrooms is a proud woman owned business which has been made possible by Karen’s hard work.

Rod | Co-Owner
The first few years of the business, Rod was juggling working a full-time day job while growing the business. In 2021, Rod retired from his job and started full time with Royal Restrooms. He is a huge part of the business’s success by handling sales and financial operations of the company in addition to co-managing operations with Jon.

Chloe | General Manager
Chloe started cleaning and delivering restroom trailers in her teens and now is the voice of the company. Chloe handles all phone calls, contracts, scheduling and more while she is working from home with her and Jon’s daughter.

Jon | Operations Manager
Jon is the newest full-time addition to Royal Restrooms. You will often find Jon working hard delivering restroom trailers, overseeing daily operations, handling restroom repairs and truck maintenance.

Karen with Royal Restrooms was very responsive meeting not only our specific unit needs but worked with us on availability when the start date was delayed and for the extended duration. The quality and cleanliness of the individual units were more than what we had anticipated. Rod was very helpful getting our trailers located on site at delivery and both Karen and Rod were available at any time to answer any questions or address any concerns. During the recent pandemic, Royal Restrooms was able to transport a unit on limited notice to another facility for potential isolation. We had also inquired about specific sanitizing stations, although not available, they were so helpful to provide potential sources. I would highly recommend Royal Restrooms for any of your needs.“

They were quick to communicate with and made the whole ordering process easy. They are warm and friendly folks with pleasant conversation and have professional attitudes that get the job done and done well. The trailers are beautiful, well-decorated, and packed with all of your party needs - even stain remover pens. And the TVs in each stall was an incredible detail! We were able to put a DVD of the parents’ favorite movie on loop for the duration of the party. I was a coordinator on a large Fox reality show in the mountains and we needed heated, flushable toilets for the crew (mostly for morale). These toilets are nicer than anything I’ve seen in LA. They had beautiful decor, feminine products, music, etc which was such a relief when the rest of your day was spent standing in the mud in rainy/snowy weather. More important than even the quality of the product was the quality of service. We were in an extremely remote location with a LOT of people. Karen and Rob were available to us all the time and were able to connect us to other great local vendors that could keep us going that winter. I shudder to think what my life would’ve been like on that show had I not found them. I would book them immediately. The only reason I would want to go back to that mountain for a second season is the idea of getting to work with my Royal Throne (now Royal Restrooms) buddies again.”
